On Friday, October 20, 2022, at the Faculty of Law, Sebelas Maret University, Surakarta, a Dissertation Session (S3) was held. with Session Participants (Promovendus) Dr. Yunan Prasetyo Kurniawan, S.H., M.H. who is a permanent lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Pancasila University.
In the open trial, Dr. Yunan Prasetyo Kurniawan, S.H., M.H. presented the results of his dissertation research with the title “DIVERSION OPTIMIZATION THROUGH STRENGTHENING THE ROLE AND FUNCTIONS OF COMMUNITY AS EFFORT OF LEGAL PROTECTION AGAINST CHILDREN”.
The open session was attended by the Chancellor of the University of Pancasila, Prof. Dr. Edie Toet Hendratno, S.H., M.Sc., FCBArb. It was also attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Law, University of Pancasila, Prof. Dr. Eddy Pratomo, S.H., M.A., Deputy Dean II Dr. Adnan Hamid, S.H., M.H., M.M. , Deputy Dean III Mr. Wibisoni Oedoyo, S.H., M.H. , Head of the Master of Law Study Program at Pancasila University, Prof. Dr. Ade Saptomo, S.H., M.Sc. , and was also attended by several lecturers of the Faculty of Law, Pancasila University.
